2. JOB PURPOSE:
The Zonal Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the Zone according to
Dominos Pizza operational standards and run profitable business as a SBU model. A majority of time
is spent leading/Guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom
and topline objectives by the guiding principles of Dominos Vision and Mission.

Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience:
1. Role models expected behavior and coaches team on
hospitality standards
2. Ensures all the restaurant meets safety, sanitation
and cleanliness standards as per dominos
expectations
3. Sets the standards to ensure team handles all Guest
concerns in a timely and sustainable manner
4. Empowers the team to satisfy Guest needs and
resolve concerns
5. Removes barriers to delivering Hospitality behaviors




during shift

1. Treats all team members fairly and with respect
2. Supports the training of new team members

Plans and Communicates:
1. Discusses issues with other support functions of the
circle and prepares the action plan
2. Discusses the business plan and brings out the
alignment

Expands the footprint:
1. Identify the new locations for the business expansion
in line with the business strategy
2. Responsible for new restaurant operating days and
prepare the propose the capex calculation
3. Understand and observe the completion closely and
update stakeholders and plan to tackle the
competition •



Responsible and drive Bottom Line:
1. Have a complete eye on each cost line and monitor
each line restaurant wise to maintain the annual
business plan lines
2. Constant monitoring and reviewing the same with all
direct reports and prepare the GAP analysis and guide
them to maintain the lines
3. Ensure that all restaurants in the circle maintain these
lines and facilitate them to earn bottom line incentive •5. JOB CONTEXT:
As a Zonal Manager accountable for over all annual business plan execution and achievement of the same
by aligning the available resources in the best possible manner and takes regional/corporate support as
and when required to achieve the job context

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
. Qualification & Experience – Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 10-12 years of experience in Retail,
Hotel/QSR Industry
