6 Months Contract ( Third Party Payroll )

Location Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. End to End stock tracking and visibility of job work & upstreaming items ( Chicken, Pizza Sauce and Seasoning).
2. Tracking and ensuring that right stock (as per inventory norms) are maintained at convertors and RM supplier.
3. Preparing daily MIS and daily stock report publishing with all the stakeholder.
1. Data on in-hand stock of RM, FG, dispatches, production compliance, rejections, traceability, etc. is maintained on a daily basis for pizza sauce, seasonings & chicken as pre-work for publishing job work MIS
4. Follow-up and ensuring month end report of physical vs system report along with Yield compliance are shared.
5. Sharing weekly production plans with convertors, both for job work & non-job work items
6. Coordination with convertors to minimize production stoppages due to material unavailability
7. Follow-up for the traceability report.
8. Must have knowledge of Advance Excel and SAP.
9. Can work on Dashboards.
