Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts in South Asia – India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. With
more than 1400 stores, a proven model and a differentiated brand proposition Domino’s Pizza is
the leader in the food services category in India.
Jubilant also runs a successful franchise of Domino’s Pizza in Sri Lanka through a fully owned
subsidiary. In addition, Jubilant has recently announced entry & setting up of Domino’s Pizza in
Bangladesh. Beyond these immediate opportunities, JFL remains open to exploring opportunities in other international markets

3. Job Purpose & Context
Responsibility
• Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
• Coordination with E-commerce partners for delivery appointments & to align all shipments
according to TAT
• Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use SAP module for creation of dispatch documents like SO & Delivery
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution/E-commerce channels
• Coordination with warehouse, supply chain and sales team to ensure business goals are met
Requirements & Skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & SAP MM Module
• 2-3 Years of experience
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Experience in customer service/handling E-commerce partners
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
