• Creating   a training calendar for the region 
• Outcomes associated with   training delivered, & training compliance-driven within the team  
• Create   & Manage Training content All content is up   to date as per company policies  
• Conduct learning activities for the region Drive   various creative initiatives to facilitate learning   
• Facilitate new joiner induction & orientation Onboarding done with all training material provided  
• Store visits and driving execution on the floor Presence   in Store's observing SOP compliance

External Skills And Expertise

• Should   be able to liaise with stakeholders & internal customers (Communication   Skills)  
•  Should be able to deliver ILT sessions (Platform Skills)  
•  Video Editing knowledge on popular software's   
• Able to generate Training Needs Analysis  
•  Multi tasking and able to control training compliance in the   region.
• Content Designing
