2. JOB PURPOSE:

• To develop and Design layout of Restaurants /others for Jubilant Food Works ltd.
• Maintain all relevant records pertaining of all the Restaurants / other layouts etc.
• Innovation in layout / development of equipments as per business requirement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: DescriptionTo prepare Layout options in AUTOCAD as per feasibility and get approval of best suitable plan from the corporate project /operation team.Responsible for the making of detail technical drawings as required like electrical, RCP, Plumbing, Flooring & civil plan with elevation etc. To prepare and Designed layout plan as per Industry requirement.Good computer literacy and well versed in AUTOCAD/M.S OFFICE. Strong in construction drawing, detailing and good knowledge of technical requirements.Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervisionGood working attitude and Able to work with TEAM & ability to draw sketch.Able to perform / develop NEW INNOVATIONS related to the restaurants as per industry requirement Good Team leader – Able to lead the team / team bonding.

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Qualification – Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Interior Designing
• Experience – 4-7 years experience in the Architecture/Interior and Construction Industry.
• Should be well Versed in AUTOCAD/M.S OFFICE/REVIT (3D) & other related software’s.
• Should be well good in space planning / interior fit outs.
