Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.
As part of this expansion, the organisation has entered FMCG foods through its brand ChefBoss with a range of Ready to Cook sauces, pastes & gravies. This role is for Chefboss division.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing
Strong copy & content writing skills for social media, emailers, digital ads, and market places. Create and execute engaging content calendar across social media, emailers, blogs, content marketing, push notifications/SMS and other digital mediums
Organize and build community and boost brand awareness. Manage community building initiatives (e.g., Facebook groups, YouTube, building an online forum, and writing an email newsletter)
In depth knowledge of social media marketing & latest trends. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
Strategize and manage Influencer marketing campaigns to build a strong brand awareness on digital. Should be able to identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
Key performance indicators (include but not limited to)
Timely execution of campaigns & calendars
Build a strong community on digital
Create engaging content to establish strong brand positioning.
Regular competition scan, follow latest trends and suggest campaign ideas accordingly
Ability to adhere to timelines
