1. JOB DETAILS:

Position Title: Assistant Manager HR
Department: Human Resources
Division: Popeyes, Hyderabad

2. JOB PURPOSE:

To create a proactive recruitment plan and ensure quality hiring within timelines at all levels. Drive innovation in
recruitment sources & channels including the visit to various institutes.

3. JOB PROFILE:

1.Recruitment
2.Identifying different sourcing channels for recruitment & driving closures for store manpower including
cold calling, self- sourcing, job portals, SMS Blast, Consultant partnership etc..
3.Coordinating & conducting first round of interviews to align expectations
4.Salary discussion & finalization of candidates
5.Partner with GDMs/Store managers and ensure PAN India store manpower is in place
6.Provide recruitment aids (Fliers, Banners, Pamphlets) to all the restaurants as per requirement, support
GDMs in Sourcing candidates
7.Conduct central recruitment days in various regions ensuring a bench of manpower
8.Hiring of excessive staff for short duration for months like December, festival season & new product
launch9.Ensure timely hiring of team for New Stores 10.Ensure all on time Attrition replacements 11.On-boarding & Orientation
12Gather all the required documents & share with the on-boarding team for timely employee id creation
13.Ensuring timely on-boarding of the team members with proper checks in place including reference
checks
14.Connect with new joiners and conduct periodic orientation programs
15.MIS & Data
16.Working with the HRBP to give regular updates for the TA tracker to be maintained
17.Visit various store locations in Delhi/NCR to ensure hiring process.
18.Partner with HRBP to drive various awareness sessions at the stores including Attendance Marking,
Roster Checking etc

• Experience 5-8 years of experience in hard core recruitment function
