To develop and implement effective HR processes for the North Region. The stakeholder will be
primarily responsible for Employee Engagement Activities, Professional Development and Talent
Acquisition for the circle.

Total:4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Employee Engagement
• To take initiative regarding employee engagement and conduct activities related to same. Like
YDF, Cricket Tournament, Monthly B'day Celebrations, Fun @ Work activity
• R&R- To coordinate with Corporate team for R&R (FIDA) and make arrangements for the smooth
conduction of the same
• Execution of EOS, GPWI & Hewitt Survey
• To ensure smoothly implementation of Employee Engagement Activities in North Region




Professional Development
• Identification of training needs from stake holders
• Creation of Training batches, fixing dates, Identifying venues for training programmes and
processing training venue bills
• Coordinate with corporate team to conduct time to time trainings for the region
• Settlement of all training related bills with in defined TAT
PMS & Confirmation
• Ensure smooth follow up with respective HODs for timely confirmation of the employee
• Co-ordinate with respective stakeholder for timely completion of goal setting exercise in HRIS
HR METRICS/ DASHBOARD
• Maintaining and updating HR Metrics/ Dashboard on monthly basis, updation as per defined date
Talent Acquisition
• Will be responsible for Operation level hiring keeping current attrition and bench marking
in view
• Maintaining a pool of candidates for the circle.

. Qualification MBA/PGDM-HR
Experience – 3~ 5 years’ experience in the service industry in recruitment. HR operation, functional MIS preparations
