- Fixed Manpower ideal vs Actual numbers depending on the stores.
CRD Organizing and conducting of CRDs in a seamless manner.
Plan activities to increase footfall to CRDs
ON BOARDING - Improve Induction to Store Reporting %age - Improve candidates experience at the time of CRD & Induction
HRIS To have 100% updation of employee records in HRIS
Implementation of various policies
-Processing and maintaining data related to BGB/LOAN
-Visiting and resolving queries of each restaurant of the circle atleast once in a quarter.
Processing of Letters
-Offer / Appointment / Warning / Promotion/ Absenteeism
- Plan and Execution of Quarterly BRM and MIR survey.
-Processing F&F forms
-Conducting EXIT formalities and maintaining MIS for the same
-Monthly ESIC data & Mediclaim Data
Mediclaim Insurance -Monthly cards distribution to new additions; support in hospitalization; -Verification of reimbursement claims;
Group/Employee Insurance -EDLI, GTLI Settlements
ESIC -TIC & Smart Cards
Professional Development -Follow up and make sure that desired attendance is achieved in training programs and feedback
Internal and External Employee Opinion Surveys -Execution of EOS, GPWI & Hewitt Survey
-Provide data and process it for verification
Letter issuance to employees - Provide Appointment/Experience and various other letters like address proof etc to employees
