Responsible for entire gamut of HR Ops activities pertaining to the operations of Region, specially managing the HR operations & Compliances. Achieving HR operational excellence through proactive HR management and to work along with business towards achieving the organizational goals.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators
HR Operations (HRIS, Statutory Compliances, payroll, Managers Movement, ESIC,Incentives) Compliances (ESIC, P Tax, LWF): Timely remittance of all compliances like PTax,ESIC, LWF.
Payroll Management: Completing monthly payroll inputs for the region and timely submission to Corporate Payroll.
Labor Cases/ Notices: Track, update and reply all notices received and labor cases in the region and timely reply submission to Labour Officers/Dept.
HRIS (imanage): To have 100% updation of employee records in imanage. Completing transfers of Managers in imanage with CCA, transfer allowances etc.
ESIC: TIC & Smart Cards issuance to staff.
Mediclaim Insurance: Monthly cards distribution to new additions; support in hospitalization; Verification of reimbursement claims;
Group/Employee Insurance: EDLI, GTLI Settlements
Exit Analysis: Monthly exit analysis for Team Members and Shift Managers in the circle
Incentives Working Solving and giving Incentives queries and inputs.
F&F Processing F&F Forms timely for Full and Final Settlements with timely PF Withdrawal and Transfers of left staff. Addressing PF settlement and F&F issues timely to the left staffs.
HR Projects I-Manage, Biometric, Address verification linking project with Aadhar, aadhar linking for ESIC pehchaan, UID Updation
Min. Wages revision Working and for Salary revision of Team Members in the Region based on Min. Wages revision.
Restaurant Visits Visiting and resolving queries of each restaurant of the circle at least once in quarter.
